We take great pride in our Customer Service - and our
Sutton Coldfield branch has an award to prove it!
Our Sutton Coldfield branch was presented with The Mall Customer
Services Award for 2011. Branch Co-ordinator Diane Rawlings told
amplifonLife: 'The Mall is the shopping centre where we are based,
and we knew they had an awards programme because we were invited to
the presentations last year, even though we had only been open a
few weeks and couldn't have been eligible to win anything
then'.
'This year, we were delighted to learn we had not only won the
award, but been given a 100% mark for the way we treat our
customers!' The criteria for The Mall award included the overall
appearance of the Branch, the friendliness, helpfulness and
professionalism of staff and their knowledge of both their own
products - and where to find out more about events in The
Mall.
