I am just writing to thank you on behalf of Mr Davey to
thank you for the excellent advice and support you provided
recently.
As you know Mr Davey was born without ears or ear canals due to
his mother taking thalidomide. Since a child he has worn one
hearing aid attached to a metal headband. We only called in by
chance to see if there was any alternative that would be less
noticable and give him better hearing.
The spectacles with two built in hearing aids you arranged for
him have been a great success. I have supported Mr Davey for about
five years and I think one of the best moments was when he tried
the spectacles on for the first time and said the sound was
"amazing".
