Are there facilities built into hearing aids for telephone amplification? If not, do you offer any facility for this?

Most hearing aids have a small component called a telecoil. Provided a telephone is 'hearing aid compatible', you can listen to a telephone caller directly through the hearing aid and with less interference from any surrounding noise. Some hearing aids have programmes specifically for hearing aid use with the settings being for normal use of a telephone. Many modern hearing aids are 'Bluetooth compatible' and signals can streamed from a mobile phone directly into hearing aids. Amplifon branches have a selection of compatible telephones. So, as you can see, there are a number of options available to you.

I would strongly encourage to visit your local Amplifon Hearing Care Centre so that the best option for you can be explained.
