Although I’m sure that your father had a competent hearing test, we would need to perform our own hearing tests which would need to be preceded by an ear examination and the answers to some important questions about the background to your father’s hearing problems. Although all of these would take time, it is important that your father is given all the professional advice necessary before deciding to purchase any hearing system.

I would encourage your father to make an appointment at his local Amplifon Hearing Care Centre and we would hope that you or another member of your family would accompany him.
