At Amplifon, we're always looking for new technology to
make our customers' lives easier and more enjoyable.
So our experts have specially selected a range of
amplified telephones and accessories for their ease of use,
technical sophistication and value for money.

- Wireless accessories - for
hearing aids that have a wireless option, these accessories enable
you to connect directly to a TV, mobile phone, computer or stereo
system and provide crystal clear sound direct to your hearing aid
system. As there are no cables or wires, you can move around the
house easily
- Amplified
telephones - these boost the volume of ring tones and incoming
speech and may have flashing lights to indicate an incoming call.
Text phones have the option to send and receive speech converted
into text. Some models have large buttons to make them easier to
use
- Cordless
phones - using a cordless phone means you can move around the
house and take calls in a quieter place
- Mobile
telephones - for use outside or within your home, we
provide mobile phones with extra volume and a loop system, so that
if your hearing aid has a loop detection system and/or 'T' setting
you can hear the phone through your hearing aid

loops - these allow the use of the hearing aid 'T' setting at
home or in public places, eliminating background noise and boosting
volumes when listening to television, hi-fi or conversations
- Listening
devices - these amplify sounds directly from sources such as
televisions, radios and music players via cables to earphones and
through the Bluetooth™short-range wireless system
- Alerting
devices - these include flashing doorbell alerts and flashing,
vibrating alarm clocks

devices - for security and safety. Personal vibrating pagers
can pick up the sound of a doorbell, telephone or smoke alarm. The

special smoke alarms for people with hearing loss

when you are away from home
